  • Industrial  (mechanical, electric and chemical): This sector is representative of companies for whom effectiveness of all processes, projects and solutions is key. The largest part of our customers being in this industry means that MobileXpense was a good fit for them. Their decision to choose MobileXpense is a proof of the effectiveness of our solution.
  • Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices: This sector is representative of companies for whom thoroughness is extremely important. Pharmaceutical and Medical devices companies represent our second largest customer base. Having their trust is a proof that the way our solution works meets their expectations in terms or thouroughness of the service provided.
  • Banking, finance and consulting: This sector forms the 3rd largest part of our customer base. Companies in this sector are known to be demanding on all matters related to security. We are therfore proud to be their preferred provider. Their choice is equivalent to giving our future customers an additional guarantee of the quality of our security standards.

30 to 50% savings on indirect costs

It is the integration of AirPlus' data into the MobileXpense application and SAP that really helped us to make a big step ahead.

All the transactions paid during a business trip with the corporate card are automatically transferred from Airplus into MobileXpense. This facilitates the declaration process for the travelers and decreases the number of errors while speeding up the processing and the validation of the expenses by our accounting service.

Each travel request has to be pre-approved in MobileXpense. This enables us to gain a lot of time, both in terms of procedures and internal processes. Thanks to the MobileXpense application the control and the validation of our colleagues' expense notes are made easier. Therefore, the whole processing of expense claims goes a lot faster too.

Making a Difference - Quickly

"Travel requests were created in ‘Word’, sent by internal mail to multiple approvers for signature and finally back to the employees. This resulted in travel requests which themselves travelled around for several days in the company". “Our old approach was completely outdated” , says Olaf Lehman, travel manager at Grünenthal.

Now all related processes - from the travel request, expense reporting to the settlement - are fully automated. When an employee returns from his/her trip, he/she collects the receipts and sends them to our service provider, who manages this process on behalf of Grünenthal . At the end, the employee receives an email with the settlement details and amounts for reimbursement.

Great Solution and Smooth Implementation

We immediately understood that MobileXpense was the perfect choice for us to manage all our business and travel expenses in Southern and Eastern Europe as we were amazed by the capabilities of the system. We appreciate the tool’s user-friendliness (intuitive use, easy to deploy, and we can have a completely customized look and feel of the application with our colors), but a key element is the compliance of the application in the countries where we are using MobileXpense.
