"Travel requests were created in ‘Word’, sent by internal mail to multiple approvers for signature and finally back to the employees. This resulted in travel requests which themselves travelled around for several days in the company". “Our old approach was completely outdated” , says Olaf Lehman, travel manager at Grünenthal.

 Now all related processes - from the travel request, expense reporting to the settlement - are fully automated. When an employee returns from his/her trip, he/she collects the receipts and sends them to our service provider, who manages this process on behalf of Grünenthal . At the end, the employee receives an email with the settlement details and amounts for reimbursement.
